How it connects
You make the key in your own Rezdy account. Nothing to install on your computers, and nothing to wait for.
Where
In Rezdy, go to Integrations, then Rezdy API, and send a Request API Key. Rezdy's support team makes the key, and it shows on that same page when it's ready.
Who can do it
Someone on your team who can log in to your Rezdy supplier account. If you don't see the Rezdy API menu, Rezdy support turns it on.
Plan
A Rezdy supplier account. The key can take up to 48 hours to set up.
Agents can see

- Who is checked in on each session
Agents can change
- New bookings and cancellations
- Booking status and guest details

Agents can't
- Move a booking to a new product or date in place. They book the new time and cancel the old one.
- Reach any Rezdy account but yours. The key works only for your account.
- Get back in after you ask Rezdy to remove the key.
