In the Twilio Console, under Settings, then Account settings, then API keys and auth tokens. You create a Standard or Restricted API key and copy its secret. Agents also need your Account SID, shown in the Console.

Any Twilio account, paid as you use it. To text US numbers from a regular 10-digit number, you first register your business and your texts for A2P 10DLC in the Console.
