For a NetSuite BigCommerce integration, most stores use Oracle's NetSuite Connector, which you add through your NetSuite account manager. It brings BigCommerce orders into NetSuite and sends products, stock, shipments and refunds back to the store. Celigo's BigCommerce NetSuite app and apps on the BigCommerce marketplace do the same job in their own way. Where they stop: Oracle lists its order sync at 20 minutes and shipments at 90, an order with a payment method, shipping method or SKU that isn't mapped doesn't come across until someone fixes it, and nobody checks that stock and orders agree. AI agents do that checking.
What the NetSuite BigCommerce integration has to do
BigCommerce takes the orders. NetSuite holds the stock, the shipping and the books. When the two don't agree, a customer buys an item that is out of stock, an order never reaches the warehouse, or a refund shows in BigCommerce and not in NetSuite.
So connected has to mean four things. Each order lands in NetSuite once, stock in BigCommerce matches NetSuite, shipping details go back to the customer, and refunds come across both ways. The connectors move that data on a timer. What they don't do is tell you when an order fails or the numbers drift.
Three ways to connect NetSuite and BigCommerce
All three move the same kinds of data. They differ in who sets them up and how much you can change.
Oracle's NetSuite Connector
- How it works
- Oracle's own connector, which BigCommerce names as its NetSuite integration. Your NetSuite account manager adds the BigCommerce connector, then you sign in to BigCommerce from the NetSuite Connector screens. Oracle lists the order sync from the store to NetSuite at 20 minutes, the product sync to the store at 60 minutes, and shipments and refunds at 90 minutes.
- Good for
- Stores that want Oracle's own connector, with orders, products, stock and shipments set up by default.
- Where it breaks
- Oracle says imported orders are set to Awaiting Shipment in BigCommerce, and that can't be changed. Oracle's default mappings list no customer mapping. An order with a payment method, shipping method or SKU that isn't mapped stops until someone maps it and posts it again.
Celigo's BigCommerce NetSuite app
- How it works
- Celigo's ready-made app on its own platform. Celigo lists customers and sales orders from BigCommerce to NetSuite, and fulfillments, stock, items, billing, refunds and cancellations from NetSuite to BigCommerce. It can connect more than one BigCommerce store to one NetSuite account.
- Good for
- Stores with more than one storefront, several warehouses, or rules for tax and discounts they want to set themselves.
- Where it breaks
- It runs on Celigo bundles installed inside NetSuite. In a Celigo community thread from November 2025, customer updates on BigCommerce orders failed with a Module does not exist error, and the answer was to check and update those bundles and refresh the mappings.
An app from the BigCommerce marketplace
- How it works
- BigCommerce's app marketplace lists NetSuite apps from other makers, like the NetSuite B2C/B2B Connector by Snapshot. Snapshot lists orders, shipments, customers, products, stock and price levels in both directions, plus companies, invoices and quotes for B2B Edition.
- Good for
- Stores on BigCommerce B2B Edition, or with a setup firm they already work with.
- Where it breaks
- The schedule is one you set, and the setup runs through the maker's own service. When this was written, the Snapshot listing showed no reviews yet, so ask for stores like yours.
Arkeo agents
- How it works
- Agents read your BigCommerce orders and your NetSuite sales orders and stock, check that each order came across once, catch the ones that stopped on a missing mapping, compare stock in both, and post what doesn't match with the fix.
- Good for
- Stores with enough orders a day that a few failed ones go unseen until a customer asks.
- Where it breaks
- Anything your rules keep for a person, like cancelling a big order or changing a price, goes to the owner in one message.
How to set up the NetSuite Connector for BigCommerce
These follow Oracle's own guides. Open them for the screens.
- 1
Ask for the BigCommerce connectorContact your NetSuite account manager to add the BigCommerce connector to your account. You can't add it yourself.
- 2
Sign in to BigCommerce from the connectorLog in to the NetSuite Connector at app.farapp.com, select the BigCommerce connector and account, go to Settings, then Credentials, and click Authorize Account. Follow the BigCommerce screens until you see Success.
- 3
Check the mappings before the first orderLook through the default product and order mappings, then map each BigCommerce payment method and shipping method to one in NetSuite. Orders with a method that isn't mapped won't come across.
- 4
Turn on stock tracking for each productOracle says that if customers can order an item with no stock, check that inventory tracking isn't set to None on the product, or on the field it maps from in NetSuite.
- 5
Know when each sync runsOracle lists orders at 20 minutes, products and stock at 60, and shipments and refunds at 90. Tell your team, so nobody expects an order or a stock change to show at once.
- 6
Test one order end to end
Place a test order, then check it in NetSuite, ship it, and check that the shipment and the stock change show in BigCommerce. Then refund it and check both sides.
Where the NetSuite BigCommerce integration stops
It runs on a timer, not right away. Oracle's own table lists the order sync from the store at 20 minutes, the product sync to the store at 60 minutes, and shipments and refunds at 90 minutes. In those gaps, a busy item can sell in BigCommerce after NetSuite has run out, and a customer can ask where their order is before the tracking has come across.
Orders stop and wait. A firm that sets up both systems lists the common reasons an order never reaches NetSuite: a payment method that isn't mapped, a shipping method that isn't mapped, a SKU NetSuite can't find, a state with no tax codes in NetSuite, or a customer marked tax exempt. Each one sits in the connector until someone fixes it and clicks Retry Posting to NetSuite.
Some things are set for you. Oracle says the connector sets each imported order to Awaiting Shipment in BigCommerce, and that can't be changed. Its default mappings cover products and orders but list no customer mapping, so customer details come across inside each order.
And it changes more than you expect. Reviews of Oracle's same connector on the Shopify App Store say a sync can change item details across a whole store, that the field settings are hard to set, and that some settings can only be changed by Oracle's support team.
None of it checks the result. Which orders failed today, whether stock in the store matches NetSuite, and which refund came across only one way all stay with whoever watches the connector.
The agents that do it
Each agent does one job from start to finish, in your own NetSuite and BigCommerce. Your team talks to them in Slack or Teams.

Questions
Is my customers' information safe?
Yes. Agents work in your own NetSuite and BigCommerce and see only what their job needs. Customer details never go into public AI. Agents connect to AI through business-grade connections audited under SOC 2.
Does BigCommerce have a NetSuite integration?
Yes. BigCommerce names the NetSuite Connector as its NetSuite integration. The connector is Oracle's, and your NetSuite account manager adds the BigCommerce connector to your account. Celigo and makers on the BigCommerce app marketplace offer other ways.
How often does the NetSuite Connector sync with BigCommerce?
Oracle lists the order sync at 20 minutes, the product sync at 60 minutes, and shipments and refunds at 90 minutes. Your own account can differ, and Oracle shows how to check the times for each sync.
Why didn't my BigCommerce order come into NetSuite?
Most often a payment method, shipping method or SKU isn't mapped, or NetSuite has no tax codes for the state. Fix the mapping or the setting in NetSuite, then retry the order from the orders screen in the NetSuite Connector.
What does it cost?
You get the price on the call, along with the hours it saves your team.
