Sintra AI gives you 12 AI helpers, each built for a role like social media, SEO, email or customer support, that you set up and run yourself by chat. It fits solo founders and small teams who want help with marketing and admin. Where it stops: each chat, task and app action uses monthly credits, the helpers stop working when a workspace runs out, and you still start and check the work. If you want whole jobs done inside your own software, set up and run for you, look at agents built around one job instead.
Sintra AI review: what Sintra is
Sintra calls its product AI employees. You get a team of 12 helpers, each with a name and a role. Sintra says each one is built to take ownership of a specific function. Each helper works as a chatbot: you ask, it does the task, and you talk to it on the web or on your phone.
Getting started takes four steps on Sintra's site. You share how your business works, like your brand, goals and the way you work. You connect the programs you already use. You set rules, priorities and approval levels. Then the helpers do the work. Sintra also has Brain AI, where you add text, web pages and files that all the helpers can use, with up to 5 Brain AI profiles if you run more than one brand.
What Sintra's AI helpers do
Soshie is the social media manager. Seomi is the SEO specialist. Vizzy is the virtual assistant for calendars and meetings. Milli is the sales manager, writing call scripts, cold emails and pitches. Buddy handles business strategy. Cassie answers customer emails, live chat and social comments in your brand's voice. Commet helps with an online store and websites. Dexter is the data analyst. Emmie writes email campaigns. Penn writes copy. Scouty helps with hiring. Gigi is a personal growth coach.
Sintra's plans list 15+ integrations, including Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Notion, Slack, Shopify, HubSpot, Salesforce, Xero and QuickBooks. Each one connects to the helper that uses it. In QuickBooks, Sintra says Dexter can create and send invoices, read invoices and make reports. Sintra says the helpers work in 100+ languages.
Sintra vs Arkeo agents
| Sintra | Arkeo agents | |
|---|---|---|
| Built around | A role, like social media manager or copywriter | One job in your business, from start to finish |
| How work starts | You chat with a helper or click a Use Case | On its own schedule, or when something changes in your software |

| Where it works | Sintra's app, linked to the programs you connect | Inside your own software, like HubSpot, QuickBooks and Gmail |
| Checking the work | You review what the helper made | The agent checks its own work and flags what doesn't match |
| Best for | Founders and small teams who want help with marketing and admin | Teams of 10 to 50 who want whole jobs taken over |
Where Sintra stops: what is still done by hand
The first limit is credits. Sintra's help page says credits are used when you chat with a helper, when a helper uses an app you connected, sends an email, makes an image or runs a scheduled task. Plans include 250 credits a month, and longer chats use more. Sintra says that if a workspace runs out of credits, the AI employees stop working. Credits reset each month, and more cost extra.
That shows up in public reviews. Many recent Trustpilot reviews say the monthly credits ran out in days, and some owners say they cut back to one or two helpers to make them last.
The second limit is checking. Several reviewers say the helpers make mistakes that take longer to fix than doing the work yourself, or that the words on images come out misspelled. Someone on your team reads each post, email and report before it counts.
The third is who drives it. A helper waits for someone to ask. If a won deal in HubSpot has to become an invoice in QuickBooks, a person still asks for each step, checks it, and carries the facts from one helper to the next.
Who Sintra fits
Sintra fits an owner who wants a hand with the work that grows the business: posts, blogs, emails, ad copy, ideas and a tidy calendar. Sintra says more than 40,000 people use it, mostly solo founders, small shops and startups. If you like to work by chat and want a say in each piece, it is built for you.
In a 10 to 50 person business, most hours go into the work behind the sales: the CRM, billing, late payers and reports. A helper built for a role can help with a piece of that. It is not built to own the whole job.
Sintra AI alternatives
Each of these does a different kind of work. The right one depends on who you want doing it.
Marblism
- How it works
- A team of seven AI employees for your inbox, calendar, social posts, SEO, website, lead finding, phone calls and contracts. You describe your business and goals, and they work toward them.
- Good for
- Owners who want growth work done, like posts, blogs, leads and answered calls.
- Where it breaks
- Its plans come with a set number of hours of AI work a month, and its app list has no QuickBooks or HubSpot. Billing, payroll and the CRM stay with your team.
Zapier
- How it works
- You build Zaps: when something happens in one app, steps run in others, across 9,000+ apps. Since October 2026, Zapier's agents live as an AI step inside a Zap, called AI by Zapier.
- Good for
- Owners or staff who like to build, and jobs that run the same way each time.
- Where it breaks
- You build each Zap and look after it when an app or a process changes. AI steps are billed as tasks, and a long run pauses for a person to approve it.
n8n
- How it works
- A visual builder for workflows and AI agents, with 500+ connections and the option to drop into code. You can use its hosted version or run it yourself.
- Good for
- Teams with someone technical who wants full control over each step.
- Where it breaks
- Someone on your team has to build, test and keep each workflow going.
Arkeo agents
- How it works
- Agents each take one job, like keeping HubSpot right or billing in QuickBooks. They start on their own, carry the work between programs, follow your rules and check their own work. We set them up with you and keep them going.
- Good for
- Teams of 10 to 50 who want the work done, not another app to run.
- Where it breaks
- Anything your rules keep for a person, like a large refund or an odd invoice, goes to your team in one message.
AI helpers vs an agent built around one job
A self-serve AI helper waits for you to ask, which suits creative work. An agent built around one job starts on its own. A new email lands, so it logs it in HubSpot and moves the deal. The month ends, so it checks finished work and builds each invoice in QuickBooks, then tells a person only when the job needs one.
Many owners will want both: a helper for ideas and posts, and agents for the jobs that eat the week. Bring a list of those jobs to the call, and we'll tell you which ones an agent should take.

Questions
Is my customers' information safe?
Yes. Agents work in your own accounts and see only what each job needs. Customer details never go into public AI. Agents connect to AI through business-grade connections audited under SOC 2.
Is Sintra AI worth it?
For a founder who wants help with posts, emails, SEO and ideas by chat, yes. Watch the credits: chats, app actions and scheduled tasks all use them, and the helpers stop when they run out. If what you need is whole jobs done inside your own software, an agent built around that job is a better fit.
What are the best Sintra AI alternatives?
Marblism if you want growth work like posts, leads and calls. Zapier or n8n if you want to build your own workflows. Arkeo if you want whole jobs set up and run for you.
Can I use Sintra and Arkeo together?
Yes. Sintra's helpers can keep making posts and copy while agents run jobs like your CRM and billing.
What does it cost?
You get the price on the call, along with the hours it saves your team.
