Marblism gives you seven AI employees who work on growth and the front office: your inbox, calendar, social posts, SEO, website, new leads, phone calls and contracts. It fits owners who want more customers and fewer missed calls. Where it stops: plans come with a set number of hours of AI work a month, a person approves each send and post, and it does not work in the systems behind the business, like QuickBooks, HubSpot or your scheduling software. That is where agents built around one job come in.
Marblism review: what Marblism is
Marblism calls its product AI employees. It says you get an AI team who run your inbox, socials, SEO, lead generation, calls and support. You set a goal, like more customers, more reviews or a fuller calendar, and Marblism says the team works toward it each day, on its own.
You describe your business and goals, and the AI employees draft the work. Marblism says sending an email, posting in public or anything sensitive needs a person to approve it. Each plan includes all seven AI employees, unlimited team members and unlimited businesses. Marblism says more than 40,000 businesses use it.
What Marblism's AI employees do
Eva is the executive assistant. She sorts your inbox, drafts replies in your voice, books meetings, takes notes on Google Meet, Zoom and Microsoft Teams calls, and sends a morning briefing. Each person on your team can have their own Eva, and her drafts wait in the inbox until a person sends them.
Sonny runs social media. He watches TikTok, Instagram and LinkedIn for what is trending, writes posts in your tone, makes photos and videos, and posts to Instagram, LinkedIn, X and Facebook. Penny is the SEO expert: she writes articles each week, finds keywords, tracks your rankings and checks your site's health. Walter builds your website from a prompt and keeps working on it after launch.
Stan finds leads. Marblism says he searches 700M+ verified contacts, reaches out on LinkedIn and by email, follows up, and books meetings into your calendar. Rachel is the receptionist. She answers your phone day and night, answers questions about your hours, services and area, and books jobs into your Google or Outlook calendar. Linda drafts contracts, explains them in plain English and flags risky clauses.
Marblism says its AI employees log into your inbox, calendar, socials and website. The programs it lists include Gmail, Outlook, Google Calendar, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, X, WordPress, Shopify, Webflow, Wix, Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

Where Marblism stops: what is still done by hand
Hours come first. Marblism's pricing page says each plan starts with 50 hours of AI work a month. Chat and quick tasks don't use them, but advanced actions do, and you buy top-ups when they run out. Some low-star Trustpilot reviews say the hours went in a few days once all seven employees were busy.
Approvals come next. Marblism says emails, public posts and anything sensitive wait for a person. That keeps you in control, and it also means someone reads and sends each draft.
Then there is the setup to watch. Trustpilot's summary of recent reviews says some people had trouble with app connections and updates, and recent reviews thank support for fixing a disconnected website. In a reply to one reviewer, Marblism said outreach that brings no leads usually comes from targeting filters that clash, outreach channels that aren't linked, or campaigns left paused.
Last, the work after the call. Rachel books the job into your calendar and sends a summary. Getting that job into your CRM, your scheduling system and later your invoice is still done by hand.
Who Marblism fits
Marblism fits an owner whose biggest need is growth. If you miss calls while on a job, post to social when you remember, and have no time for blogs or cold outreach, its team covers that work. The stories on its site come from solo founders, a bookkeeping business, a legal consulting firm and a founder running several companies.
In a business of 10 to 50 people, the work inside the CRM, the books and the schedule takes many of the hours. Someone logs each call and moves the deal. Someone checks finished work and bills for it. Someone chases the tasks that slipped.
Marblism alternatives
Each of these covers different work. The right one depends on which jobs you want off your team.
Sintra
- How it works
- Twelve AI helpers, each built for a role like social media, SEO, sales, email or customer support. You add your business details, connect your programs and chat with them.
- Good for
- Founders and small teams who want help with marketing and admin, and like to work by chat.
- Where it breaks
- You drive it yourself by chat. Chats, app actions and scheduled tasks use monthly credits, and Sintra says the helpers stop when a workspace runs out.
Zapier
- How it works
- You build Zaps that run steps across 9,000+ apps when something happens. Since October 2026, Zapier's agents live as an AI step inside a Zap, called AI by Zapier.
- Good for
- Jobs that run the same way each time, and someone on your team who likes to build.
- Where it breaks
- You build each Zap, and you look after it when an app or a process changes. AI steps are billed as tasks.
n8n
- How it works
- A visual builder for workflows and AI agents, with 500+ connections. You can use its hosted version or run it on your own servers.
- Good for
- Teams with someone technical who wants control of each step.
- Where it breaks
- Building, testing and keeping each workflow going is on your team.
Arkeo agents
- How it works
- Agents each take one job inside your own software, like keeping HubSpot right, billing in QuickBooks, or following up on tasks. They carry the work between programs, follow your rules and check their own work. We set them up with you and keep them going.
- Good for
- Teams of 10 to 50 who want the back office done, not another app to run.
- Where it breaks
- Anything your rules keep for a person, like a large credit or a deal that looks wrong, goes to your team in one message.
Growth agents and back-office agents together
Marblism and Arkeo cover different halves of the business. Marblism's team brings in the work: posts, articles, leads and answered calls. Arkeo agents handle what happens after: the deal in HubSpot, the invoice in QuickBooks, the task that has to close.
So the question is where your hours go. If they go into posts and missed calls, start with growth. If they go into the CRM, billing and reports, start with an agent for that job.

Questions
Is my customers' information safe?
Yes. Agents work in your own accounts and see only what each job needs. Customer details never go into public AI. Agents connect to AI through business-grade connections audited under SOC 2.
Is Marblism worth it?
If you want help with your inbox, social posts, SEO, leads and phone calls, that is what Marblism is built for. Plan around the monthly hours. If your hours go into QuickBooks, your CRM and reports, an agent built around that job fits better.
Does Marblism work with QuickBooks or HubSpot?
Marblism's site lists your inbox, calendar, social accounts, website builders, Shopify, Zoom and Microsoft Teams. It does not list QuickBooks or HubSpot. Arkeo agents work inside both.
Can I use Marblism and Arkeo together?
Yes. Marblism can bring in leads and answer calls while agents keep your CRM, billing and tasks right.
What does it cost?
You get the price on the call, along with the hours it saves your team.
