Harvest integration
Arkeo agents for Harvest
Arkeo agents work in your Harvest alongside your team. They catch missing timesheets, build invoices from tracked hours, follow up on unpaid invoices, warn you before a project runs over budget, and send each client a weekly hours report.
15 minutes. You'll know which work agents can take off your team, the hours it frees up and what it costs.
What Arkeo agents do in Harvest
Each agent does one job from start to finish. They start on their own, follow your firm's standard, and your team talks to them in Slack or Teams.
Works with the rest of your software
Agents carry the work from Harvest into the other software your team uses, so nothing waits for someone to copy it over.

How it connects
You make the key in your own Harvest account. Nothing to install on your computers, and nothing to wait for.
Where
In Harvest ID, under Developers. You make a personal access token there, or create an app for your business.
Who can do it
Any Harvest user can make a token, and it sees what that user can see. Use an Administrator so agents can see all time, projects and invoices.
Plan
Harvest's API docs set no plan limit. Invoices need an Administrator, or a Manager allowed to create invoices.
Agents can see
- Time entries, for all people with an Administrator
- Projects, tasks and budgets
- Invoices and what's still open
- Clients, people and expenses
Agents can change
- Invoices built from tracked time and expenses
- Invoice emails to clients
- Time entries
- Projects and budgets
Agents can't
- See more than the connected user can see.
- Change billable rates, unless that user can.
- Get back in after you revoke the token.

Questions about Arkeo and Harvest
Is my customers' information safe?
Yes. Each agent sees only what its job needs. Client work never goes into public AI. Agents connect to AI through business-grade connections audited under SOC 2.
Who should connect Harvest?
An Administrator. Agents then see all time, projects and invoices. A Manager's token sees only their own projects and people.
Will the agents change my timesheets?
They make the changes your process allows, like building an invoice or adding a time entry, and send the rest to your team.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Revoke the token in the Developers section of Harvest ID and the agents lose access right away.
What does it cost?
You get the price on the call, along with the hours it saves your team.
