Won deals in Pipedrive, set up in NetSuite the same day

NetSuitePipedrive
The short answer

There is no NetSuite Pipedrive integration built by either company. You connect them with an app from another maker, like Faye's integration in the Pipedrive Marketplace or SuperSync, with a Celigo template, or with Zapier. These can turn a won deal into a sales order and show NetSuite invoices on the deal. Where they stop: Celigo's template moves only people into NetSuite contacts, Zapier needs a NetSuite admin to set it up and checks for changes on a schedule, and none of them checks that the order matches what the rep sold. AI agents do that check and chase what's missing.

What a NetSuite Pipedrive integration has to do

Your reps sell in Pipedrive. Your orders, stock and invoices live in NetSuite. When a deal is won, someone has to set up the customer, the items and the sales order in NetSuite. Without a connection, that is a person retyping the deal.

So a good connection does two things. It turns a won deal into a correct sales order in NetSuite, with the right customer and the right items. And it brings NetSuite's answer back to Pipedrive, like the invoice and whether it's paid, so the rep doesn't have to ask finance.

Four ways to connect NetSuite and Pipedrive

None of them is made by Oracle or Pipedrive. Each one is a different maker's take on the job.

Faye's NetSuite integration

How it works
Faye's app in the Pipedrive Marketplace syncs NetSuite organizations, contacts, items and sales history, and adds an Invoices panel, with invoice details, to the organization in Pipedrive. Faye's page says a sales order is made in NetSuite when a deal closes. Faye hosts it and sets it up with you.
Good for
Teams that want reps to see NetSuite invoices and items without leaving Pipedrive.
Where it breaks
The Pipedrive listing says the app is not publicly listed and shows no ratings, reviews or installs, so there is little public word on how it holds up. Setup goes through Faye's own support.

SuperSync for NetSuite

How it works
Netgain's SuperSync turns closed deals in Pipedrive into orders in NetSuite, and sends NetSuite opportunities, customers and contacts back to Pipedrive. It has a dashboard to watch the sync.
Good for
NetSuite companies that want won deals to become orders, and someone else to build the flows.
Where it breaks
Netgain's page doesn't say how often it syncs or list what it leaves out. Items and invoices aren't on its list of standard flows; anything past that is a custom build.

A Celigo template

How it works
Celigo's Pipedrive to NetSuite template runs on its integrator.io platform. It adds and updates NetSuite contacts from Pipedrive people.
Good for
Companies already on Celigo that want a starting point to build from.
Where it breaks
Celigo's page lists one flow only: Pipedrive people to NetSuite contacts, one way. Deals, organizations and orders are yours to build.

A Zapier zap

How it works
Zapier can create a Pipedrive deal or activity when a NetSuite record is created or changed, or create a NetSuite record from Pipedrive. NetSuite is a premium app on Zapier.
Good for
One small job, like a Pipedrive activity when a NetSuite invoice is made.
Where it breaks
A NetSuite admin has to install Zapier's SuiteApp and turn on SuiteScript, REST web services and token-based sign-in first. Zapier's NetSuite triggers check for changes on a schedule, not right away.

Arkeo agents

How it works
Agents see when a deal is marked won in Pipedrive, check the customer and items against NetSuite, enter the sales order, and post the invoice and payment status back on the deal.
Good for
Teams where won deals have to land in NetSuite right the first time, and nobody has the hours to check.
Where it breaks
Anything your rules keep for a person, like a new price or an item NetSuite doesn't have, goes to your team in one message.

How to connect Pipedrive and NetSuite

Each maker's guide has the full screens. These are the parts they all share.

  1. 1

Write down what a won deal should become

Agree with finance which deal stage means an order, which NetSuite customer and items it maps to, and which fields have to match. Do this before you connect anything.

  2. 2

    Set up products in Pipedrive

An admin turns on Products under Tools and apps, then adds what you sell, so each deal carries items NetSuite can match.

    Pipedrive's Products guide →

  3. 3

Get NetSuite ready for the connector

A NetSuite admin enables the features the connector needs, like token-based sign-in and REST web services, and gives its role the right permissions. For Zapier, install the Zapier Automation SuiteApp first.

    Zapier's NetSuite admin steps →

  4. 4

    Install the app or template

Install Faye's app from its Pipedrive Marketplace link, the Celigo template from integrator.io, or connect NetSuite in Zapier with your Account ID.

    Faye's Pipedrive Marketplace listing →

  5. 5

Win one test deal and check the order

Mark a test deal won, then open the sales order in NetSuite and check the customer, items, prices and tax line by line before you turn it on for the team.

Where the NetSuite Pipedrive integration stops

Each option moves some of the deal. The work in the middle is checking that what lands in NetSuite is what the rep sold.

The templates are thin. Celigo's Pipedrive template has one flow: Pipedrive people to NetSuite contacts, one way. SuperSync's standard flows don't list items or invoices. Anything else, like a deal with products becoming a sales order, is set up for you or built by you.

Zapier works on a schedule, and saved searches trip it up. Zapier's help says all three NetSuite triggers check for changes on a schedule. Its troubleshooting page says a saved search that returns more than one row for a record, like one row per item, fails with a duplicate error. In Zapier's community, a saved search trigger returned no records until Internal ID was added to the search.

Setup sits with your NetSuite admin. Zapier needs its SuiteApp installed, four SuiteCloud features turned on, and role permissions set before anyone can connect.

And nobody checks the order. The connector copies the deal. If the rep sold an item NetSuite calls something else, or a price that isn't on the list, someone in finance finds it later and fixes it by hand.

The agents that do it

Each agent does one job from start to finish, in your own Pipedrive and NetSuite. Your team talks to them in Slack or Teams.

Questions

Is my customers' information safe?

Yes. Agents work in your own Pipedrive and NetSuite and see only what their job needs. Customer details never go into public AI. Agents connect to AI through business-grade connections audited under SOC 2.

Does Pipedrive have a native NetSuite integration?

No. Pipedrive and Oracle don't make one. The NetSuite apps for Pipedrive come from other makers, like Faye, Netgain and Celigo, or you build zaps in Zapier.

Can a won deal in Pipedrive create a sales order in NetSuite?

Yes, with the right app. Faye's page and Netgain's SuperSync page both say closed deals become orders in NetSuite. Celigo's template doesn't do it out of the box.

Can my reps see NetSuite invoices in Pipedrive?

Faye's app adds an Invoices panel to the organization in Pipedrive, with the invoice lines in a pop-up. Other options need a custom flow.

What does it cost?

You get the price on the call, along with the hours it saves your team.
