How it connects
You make the key in your own Katana account. Nothing to install on your computers, and nothing to wait for.
Where
In Katana, go to Settings, then API. Add a new API key, give it a name, and copy it.
Who can do it
The account owner, or a user the owner gives the Manage API keys and webhooks permission.

Katana Professional plan or higher.

- Log in as one of your staff. The agents use their own key.
