Zoho doesn't make its own Zoho CRM WooCommerce integration. Zoho's own WooCommerce connection is for Zoho Inventory. For Zoho CRM, you add a connector app from another maker: one from the Zoho Marketplace, like WooCommerce Zoho CRM, or a WooCommerce plugin like CRM Integration For Zoho. You can also build flows in Zoho Flow. Most send orders, customers and products from the store to the CRM. Where they stop: most of the data goes one way, matching customers by email can split one buyer into two contacts, the Free edition of Zoho CRM has a small daily limit for apps, and nobody follows up on what an order means for the deal. AI agents do that checking and the follow up.
What a Zoho CRM WooCommerce integration has to do
Your store runs on WooCommerce. Your sales team works in Zoho CRM. When the two don't talk, a rep doesn't know a customer just ordered, and someone copies big orders into the CRM by hand so the account looks right.
So a good connection does two things. It puts each order on the right contact and account, with the products, so the CRM shows what each customer buys. And it keeps that true when orders change, are refunded or come from a guest, so the team can trust the history before they call.
Four ways to set up a WooCommerce integration with Zoho CRM
None of the connector apps are made by Zoho, so read each listing before you buy.
WooCommerce Zoho CRM, in the Zoho Marketplace
- How it works
- A paid extension by Roadmap Studios, with a 7 day free trial. It sends WooCommerce orders to Zoho CRM as Sales Orders or Deals, with the products, contact and account. You can map custom fields, match order statuses, and bulk send past orders, products and customers.
- Good for
- Stores on Zoho CRM Standard or higher that want each order on the customer's record.
- Where it breaks
- The listing describes data going from the store to the CRM. A change made in Zoho CRM doesn't go back to the order. It has 12 ratings in the Zoho Marketplace, so there is little public record of how it holds up.
CRM Integration For Zoho, on WooCommerce.com
- How it works
- A paid plugin by WP Swings, sold on WooCommerce.com. It sends products, contacts, deals and orders to Zoho CRM, plus coupons and abandoned carts. It can send each change as it happens or in bulk every 5 minutes, and you can resend failed records with one click.
- Good for
- Stores that want carts and coupons in the CRM, and someone who will set up the feeds.
- Where it breaks
- Only stock and order status come back from Zoho to the store. It is rated 4.9 from 28 reviews, but one review says it used an older Zoho API and that abandoned carts didn't work for registered buyers, and another says it has a steep learning curve for big stores.
Zoho Flow
- How it works
- Zoho's own builder for flows between apps. WooCommerce triggers include Order created, Refund created and Customer created. Zoho CRM actions include Create or update contact, Create module entry and Add tags.
- Good for
- Teams already on Zoho who want one or two rules, like a contact and a tag for each new buyer.
- Where it breaks
- You build each case as its own flow: new orders, updates, refunds, guests. A flow that fails doesn't tell the sales rep.
Arkeo agents
- How it works
- Agents read each day's WooCommerce orders and refunds, find the right contact in Zoho CRM even when the email differs, add the order to their record, and move or open the deal. They tell the account owner about big first orders and customers who stopped buying.
- Good for
- Stores with repeat or wholesale buyers, where a rep needs to know what each customer ordered.
- Where it breaks
- Anything your rules keep for a person, like merging two contacts or a large refund, goes to the owner in one message.
How to connect Zoho CRM and WooCommerce
The connector's listing has the full screens. These are the parts all of them share.
- 1
Decide what an order becomesBefore you install anything, agree with your sales lead what a WooCommerce order should be in Zoho CRM: a Sales Order, a Deal, or both, and which account it goes on.
- 2
Create a WooCommerce REST API keyIn WordPress, go to WooCommerce, Settings, Advanced, REST API, and click Add Key. Give it a description, set the User and Read/Write permissions, and click Generate API Key. Copy the Consumer Secret now, because WooCommerce shows it only once.
- 3
Install the connector and sign in to Zoho CRM
Install the extension from the Zoho Marketplace, or the plugin from WooCommerce.com. Sign in to Zoho CRM, then map the fields for orders, products and customers, and match each order status.
- 4
Send past orders, then check themBulk send a short date range of past orders first. Open a few customers in Zoho CRM and check the orders, products and totals match the store before you send the rest.
- 5
Check your Zoho CRM API limitEach connector uses your Zoho CRM API credits. The Free edition has 5,000 a day. Paid editions have more, based on your number of users.
What the Zoho CRM WooCommerce integration leaves to do by hand
A connector puts orders in the CRM. Keeping that history right, and doing something with it, is the work in the middle.
Zoho doesn't make one. Zoho's own WooCommerce guide is for Zoho Inventory, and it doesn't mention Zoho CRM. So the connector comes from another maker, and when it breaks after a WordPress or Zoho update, you wait on that maker. The W3S Connector page on WordPress.org warns it hasn't been tested with the last 3 major WordPress releases.
Most data goes one way. The listings describe the store sending to the CRM. CRM Integration For Zoho sends back only stock and order status. A note or a fixed address in Zoho CRM stays in Zoho.
Customers split in two. The W3S Connector checks for a duplicate by email. A guest who orders with a work email and later with a personal one becomes two contacts, and their order history is split until someone merges them.
The limits are small for small editions. Zoho's API page gives the Free edition 5,000 credits a day, shared by all the apps that use it. A bulk send of past orders or a busy sale can use them up.
And nobody acts on the order. The order lands on the contact, but the deal stage, the thank you call for a big first order, and the check on a customer who stopped buying wait until a rep notices.

Questions
Is my customers' information safe?
Yes. Agents work in your own WooCommerce and Zoho CRM and see only what their job needs. Card numbers stay with your payment provider. Customer details never go into public AI. Agents connect to AI through business-grade connections audited under SOC 2.
Does Zoho have its own WooCommerce integration?
For Zoho Inventory, yes: Zoho's help shows how to connect WooCommerce under Shopping Cart and POS. For Zoho CRM, the connectors in the Zoho Marketplace and on WooCommerce.com are made by other companies.
Can Zoho CRM send changes back to WooCommerce?
Mostly no. The connectors send orders, customers and products from the store to the CRM. CRM Integration For Zoho also sends stock and order status back to the store.
Does it work with the Free edition of Zoho CRM?
The WooCommerce Zoho CRM extension lists Standard and higher editions. The Free edition also has a lower daily API limit, 5,000 credits, which a busy store can use up.
What does it cost?
You get the price on the call, along with the hours it saves your team.
