For a Pipedrive Shopify integration, Pipedrive's Marketplace lists the Pipedrive Connector for Shopify, an independent app by Sync bridge. It copies Shopify customers into Pipedrive as people, copies your products, and shows a Shopify panel on each person. Make's Shopify app and Zapier are the other routes. Where it stops: a deal is made from one order at a time in Shopify Admin, order totals show in a panel but don't land in Pipedrive fields, both Marketplace apps have one review or none, and nobody follows up on the buyer who should have reordered. AI agents do that work.
What a Pipedrive Shopify integration has to do
Shopify takes the orders. Pipedrive is where your sales team works its deals, often with wholesale buyers or larger accounts. When the two are apart, a rep calls a customer about a deal without knowing they ordered last week, or a big repeat buyer goes quiet and nobody notices.
So connected has to mean two things. Each Shopify buyer has to be one person in Pipedrive, not three. And what they buy has to reach the rep who owns them, in a form the rep can sort, filter and act on. The apps below handle the first part. The second is mostly left to a person.
Three ways to connect Shopify and Pipedrive
These three come from other companies. Two are listed in Pipedrive's Marketplace.
Pipedrive Connector for Shopify
- How it works
- An independent app by Sync bridge. You install it from Pipedrive's Marketplace, then finish setup in Shopify. It creates and updates Pipedrive people from Shopify customers, and Pipedrive products from Shopify products, and adds a Shopify panel to each person in Pipedrive. You can create a deal from an order in Shopify Admin.
- Good for
- Stores that want buyers and the product list in Pipedrive without importing them by hand.
- Where it breaks
- The listing says the panel shows order count and total spent without writing them into Pipedrive fields, so you can't filter or report on them. Deals are created one order at a time. Its Shopify App Store listing shows a launch date of August 26, 2026 and one review.
Make's Shopify app
- How it works
- A app by Make in Pipedrive's Marketplace. You sign up for Make, connect Pipedrive and Shopify, and build the steps that copy contacts, deals and more from Shopify to Pipedrive.
- Good for
- Teams who already use Make and want to set their own rules.
- Where it breaks
- Pipedrive's listing says the app is not publicly listed and shows no installs and no reviews. The setup is a set of Make steps you build and keep working yourself.
A Zapier zap
- How it works
- Zapier can start the instant a Shopify order, paid order, refund or cancelled order comes in, then find or create the person in Pipedrive, create a deal and add products to it.
- Good for
- Stores that want each paid order, or each wholesale order, to show up as a deal right away.
- Where it breaks
- Refunds and cancelled orders are separate triggers. If you don't build a zap for each one, the deal in Pipedrive is never updated.
Arkeo agents
- How it works
- Agents read Shopify orders and refunds each day, update the deal and the person in Pipedrive, find deals with no next step, and remind the rep when a repeat buyer is due to reorder.
- Good for
- Stores that sell to wholesale buyers or larger accounts, where a missed reorder is a lost customer.
- Where it breaks
- Anything your rules keep for a person, like a custom price or a credit, goes to the owner in one message.
How to set up the Pipedrive Connector for Shopify
These follow the app's own setup notes in Pipedrive's Marketplace. Open the listing for the details.
- 1
Install the app from Pipedrive's MarketplaceOpen the Pipedrive Connector for Shopify listing and install it. Complete the sign-in steps to connect your Pipedrive account.
- 2
Finish setup in ShopifyAfter you connect Pipedrive, setup continues in Shopify. Link the app to your store there and check the store data it asks to see.
- 3
Sync your existing customers and productsFrom the app in Shopify, select existing customers and products and sync them to Pipedrive, up to 1,000 at a time.
- 4
Turn on automatic syncIn the app's settings in Shopify, turn on automatic sync for customers, and for products if you want them. New and changed records then copy to Pipedrive.
- 5
Check for duplicate peopleBefore and after the first sync, run Merge duplicates in Pipedrive. It only flags two people when the name matches and the phone, email or organization matches too.
Where the Pipedrive Shopify integration stops
These apps put Shopify buyers into Pipedrive. Turning what they buy into sales work is still done by hand.
Orders don't turn into deals on their own. The Pipedrive Connector for Shopify creates a deal from an individual order in Shopify Admin, so someone clicks it for each order that matters. Its panel shows order count and total spent, but the listing says those are not written into Pipedrive fields, so a rep can't sort people by what they spend.
The apps have almost no reviews. The Connector's Shopify App Store listing shows a launch date of August 26, 2026 and one review. Make's Shopify app in Pipedrive's Marketplace shows no installs and no reviews, and says it is not publicly listed. That is a short track record for the place your customer list lives.
The same buyer can land twice. Pipedrive's merge tool only flags two people when the name matches and so does the phone, email or organization. A buyer who checks out as Tom Smith and was added by sales as Thomas Smith stays as two people.
Refunds and cancels need their own setup. On Zapier, they are separate triggers from new orders. Miss one, and the deal stays won after the money went back.
And nobody watches for the reorder. None of these tells the rep that a buyer who orders each month has not ordered this month.
The agents that do it
Each agent does one job from start to finish, in your own Pipedrive and Shopify. Your team talks to them in Slack or Teams.
