How it connects
You make the key in your own Judge.me account. Nothing to install on your computers, and nothing to wait for.
Where
In your Judge.me admin, go to Settings, then Integrations, then View API tokens. Your private token is there.
Who can do it
Anyone who can open Settings in your Judge.me admin.
Plan
Any Judge.me plan. Some features, like the faster widget server, need the Awesome plan.
Agents can see
- Product and store reviews, with photos
- Reviewer names and emails
- Review counts and star ratings
- New reviews as they come in
Agents can change
- Publish or hide reviews
- Public and private replies to reviews
- Review requests to buyers
Agents can't
- Mark a review as verified. Judge.me doesn't allow it.
- Delete reviews made through the API.
- Get back in after Judge.me support replaces your private token.

Is my customers' information safe?
Yes. Each agent sees only what its job needs. Customer orders never go into public AI. Agents connect to AI through business-grade connections audited under SOC 2.
Do I need the Awesome plan?
No. The private token is in Settings on any plan. Some extra features need Awesome.
Will the agents change my reviews?
They can publish or hide reviews and post replies, as your process allows. They can't change what a buyer wrote.
Can I turn it off?
Yes. Judge.me doesn't let you reset the private token yourself, so you ask Judge.me support for a new one. The old one stops working.
What does it cost?
You get the price on the call, along with the hours it saves your team.
