You make the key in your own Fireflies account. Nothing to install on your computers, and nothing to wait for.

In Fireflies, under Integrations, then Fireflies API. You copy your API key there.
Who can do it
Any Fireflies user has a key, and it sees the meetings that user can see. To get alerts for all team meetings, a Super Admin sets it up.
Plan
Any Fireflies plan. Free and Pro have a daily request limit. The Super Admin role needs Enterprise.
